You might have heard of a lot of rumors about what is the next iPhone gonna be, and speculations have been made among this particular protective case, which is slightly larger, slimmer than the current iPhone 4. According to my source, I can almost tell you for certain that, this is actually a protective case for the next iPod Touch!

Yes, the little yellow protective case you have seen on the Internet, is not going to be an iPhone 5 accesssories. Although at this point, I can not tell you for sure if the next iPhone is going to be called iPhone 5 or iPhone 4Gs (my source told me that 4Gs is more likely to happen), I can tell you that the next iPhone looks pretty much the same as the current iPhone 4. Almost the same size, the same design for the back side panel, only difference is that the display might be extended towards the phone edges, giving us a slightly larger screen. Most of the protective case for iPhone 4 will also be suitable for the next iPhone.

So, why does this little yellow case becoming the focus of spotlights? If you have been following the news of the next iPhone, you might aware that this particular protective case has already been spotted in different websites, from different sources. Logically it should suggest that a lot of different manufacturers are producing this particular version of protective case.

True, a lot of manufacturers are currently producing this version of case, didn't I tell you in the title that, "This time, the world is changed by the next iPod Touch"? "How does a little iPod Touch going to change the world?", you asked. Let's put it this way, I have been telling my friends that the iPad is merely "an iPod Touch with a bigger screen and 3G connectivity", so what is it gonna be if we put a bigger screen and 3G connectivity into an iPod Touch?

YES! Now we got an "iPad mini" from a 3G boosted iPod Touch. An iPod Touch with a screen more or less of 4 inches, with 3G connectivity (without the voice call though), you can do web browsing everywhere, and pretty much every Apps an iPhone 4 can run, your iPod Touch 3G will run. And if Apple is going to follow its pricing tradition, and adding the price difference of iPad 3G and Wi-Fi version into concern, we might be seeing a 3G iPod Touch at a SRP of around US$349!

If it is the case, Android users who find iOS not being a very suitable smartphone platform, but at the same time found iPad being too expensive, might actually give it a try for the 3G iPod Touch (I might actually be one of those). And all those so-called "entry class" Android tablet (mostly running on Gingerbread), can already kisses the market good-bye.

So once again, the world is changed by Apple, whether you like it or not.
